Maintenance Technician - Die Casting

Seeking experienced maintenance technician with knowledge of machinery used in die casting processes.
Shall:
Use precision inspection equipment and instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators and microscopes to verify correct die placement in machines.
Perform regular maintenance on die casting machinery from 10 to 700
ton press capacity.
Provide PLC programming and troubleshooting experience for large die casting machinery.
Tune, troubleshoot and repair robotic pick and place systems.
Inspect and maintain electrical servo motors and hydraulic pressure systems for die casting machines.
Requirements:
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively to perform key repairs on equipment.
HS Diploma or GED.
Strong mechanical capabilities, experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems preferred.
